This game is a marathon and not a sprint.
Remember, this contest is a 37 week
marathon made up of 9 sprints.
Save some good golfers and mulligans for later in the season. Use your mulligans
wisely. Obviously, using Tiger Woods a 3rd time is often a good use of a mulligan.

Make sure you select golfers who are playing in the tournament.
Make sure you check the PGA tournament field and other CFG
Resources before submitting
your lineup. Golfers listed in the lineup drop-down boxes are not
necessarily playing in upcoming tournament as our site simply lists
all golfers. Golfers can withdraw at the last minute, so it's never a bad
idea to check Roto World Player News
or the PGA site for any updates to the tournament
field.
-
Review the tournament payouts.
Be sure to check the tournament payouts on the
Schedule page.
The payouts including the overall purse and winner's share
can vary quite a bit from one tournament to another.

Use your free Saturday sub (3rd round).
Don't forget you can sub 1 golfer with another after the 2nd round for free. If
a golfer doesn't make the cut, it's a no brainer. If one of your guys is
not in the top 10 or 20, that's often a no brainer too. Entering a sub
on Saturday does not count as a mulligan -- unless the golfer you're
picking up is being used for the 3rd time. But remember, any golfer you
start will get you 2 times earnings whereas any golfer picked up as a sub
will only get you 1 times earnings.

Learn how to use our website.
Our website is very easy to use and makes playing our game a cinch.
The website will keep track of all golfer usages for each team.
Most people probably know this, but on the
Lineup drop-downs,
if you type the first letter of a golfer's last name, it will take
you right there. Type the letter again to advance to the next golfer.
Tables on every page can be sorted if you click on the column heading.
On the Weekly Results page,
if you mouse-over a team name, you will see the owner's name. On
the Clubhouse page,
if you mouse-over an owner name, you will see their team name(s).
